There will be three levels, with a lift giving access to the whole building.
The ground floor will be an open-plan coffee shop and retail outlet for crafters’ work.
The second floor will have two large studios, one for pottery with wheels and kilns, the other for painting and crafts.
The whole of the upper floor will be for performing arts.
This space will be used for writers’ groups, a meeting room, music lessons, practice space for groups of musicians, and a recording studio!
For larger performances, the partitions on this floor will fold back to provide seating for around 40 people.
